Game-changer for lower back support and comfortable sleep
This lumbar support pillow has significantly improved my sleep. I can now comfortably sleep on my side while feeling properly supported. Excellent product, it has relieved my pain. I have 3 herniated discs in my lumbar spine and I couldn't find a way to position myself so that my lower back and hip wouldn't hurt. This product helps me a lot, even for sleeping. I highly recommend it.

Held my back accountable
I bought this pillow after a really bad back spasm from the pressure my job puts on my back. I usually sleep on it, and you can also put it against a chair. After a few days it proved effective because it really held my back in place. My muscles were inflamed and needed a controlled support, and this gave that to me.
Customizable height to support your lower back
The most important feature is that it is customizable for the different height needed to support the low back curve. If the curve is low, the extra pad can be taken out. If it is higher, use the pads. I work with backs professionally and I am very happy to have found this pillow, I recommend it to people with general low back pain. Everyone can adjust it to support their back comfortably, also adjusted to the firmness or softness of the mattress.

Not for me without the inserts, but honest company
I bought this hoping for support for my lower back before an upcoming procedure. Without the added pads there is not much support for my particular back, so it was not a good fit for me. That said, their customer service response time is amazing, a real person reached out immediately. If you use all of the pads rather than just one or two, you will get proper lumbar support. For people with less severe issues this may work well.

Comfy and versatile
Great for back support. The shape of it and adjustable thickness makes it very versatile for a comfortable fit. I use it behind my back during the day while I work, at night while I sleep, under my legs when laying on my back and between my knees when laying on my side. It is also a very nice quality fabric that does not retain moisture or heat, and is easy to clean.
This was sold for 25,000 domestically, but it's actually much better than expected and the quality is great. It can be used for various purposes, not just for the lower back.

It significantly relieves both pain and stiffness. I got them for both a chair and a bed. Everywhere I use them.
It's hard to keep it in the same position throughout the night of sleeping. However, it could be a bit longer. Made from some regular foam.
Wonderful set! Great lumbar support and the "c" form for the seat pillow amkes it very comfortable for the tush / sacral area. Topped off by the price point, which is very affordable, they are keepers! So much so, i ordered a 2nd set for another chair!
The product itself is very good. There's no smell, the pillow is just right, and the size is appropriate. However, when using a blanket for the lower back was fine, but with this it became a bit higher, making my lower back hurt. It might not fit me perfectly, but it might fit someone else.

This is a great orthopedic pillow. At first, i thought it would be comfortable to sleep on, but it turned out not to be suitable for sleeping. So i decided to use it for my office chair instead, and that turned out to be a great solution. It made working much more comfortable.

Latex covered with a single layer of zipper, it's a very low pillow and the height seems to be only about 3-5cm, but when placed under the lower back, its presence is quite significant. This seems high to me too. I plan to use it for a different purpose. The product is okay.
