These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of levarest.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it ("LEVAREST", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.

2. Products & health disclaimer

LEVAREST products are comfort and sleep-support products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information on the Site, including customer stories and articles, is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, an acute injury, or health concerns, consult your doctor before use.

3. Orders, pricing & availability

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues); if we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund. We may correct pricing or descriptive errors on the Site at any time. Promotional prices are valid as displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy (including the 90-Night Sleep-Better Guarantee). Both are incorporated into these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content — text, images, logos, product design, and the LEVAREST™ and NightLift™ names — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.

6. User content

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them in connection with our business (including marketing), and you confirm the content is yours and accurate.

7. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country (including statutory guarantees in Australia and New Zealand and consumer rights in the UK).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LEVAREST is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
